The douse of Gluttony makes the Cravings more Intense... [January 21, 2009 @ 4:29pm]
Braeden, love, before you come home today can you stop at the ice cream shoppe and pick up a carton of that double chocolate fudge brownie stuff I like?

I've been neglecting the use of the journal for quite sometime. I cannot really help it, though, to be perfectly honest. What with being a mum to two infant twins AND pregant on top of that, things tend to be busy around here. Speaking of mumhood, Jeremy and Peyton are almost one, which is really hard to believe. Now Jeremy was born on the 31st of January, but his stubborn little sister decided to take her time after that and get herself her own birthday, and hence, her birthday is February 1st. It's quite the predicament, because I think it's a tad ridiculous to have two birthday parties, but if I chose one date over the other it would seem like favouritism. However, two birthday parties happens to mean two cakes, and well...

Braeden, can you also bring home one of those Red Velvet cakes I really, really like?

Then again, they are just babies, it's not like they can really mind having their first birthday celebrated together despite the different birthdays...

The more important question is: is it May yet??? I'm officially over being pregnant. I'm over it! Clearly my birth control potion was less effective after the twins, so I'll have to find a stronger one. I'll be damned if I spend one more New Years Eve this decade pregnant. Braeden, love, next child we have, YOU get to carry it and be all pregnant and ornery!

Oh, and bring home something salty, too, please. Some sort of Chippery goodness.

Exhaustion [November 30, 2008 @ 6:27pm]
I feel like I could sleep for a year and still be exhausted. This is apparently a sign that the baby is growing, but if he/she keeps growing then I'm going to deliver a full grown adult! Okay, maybe I exaggerate, but I don't about the exhaustion part.

Daphne, Melinda, if you two darlings are up for it, I'd love to have you both over sometime this week. A girls night in, of sorts. I'm craving the company of a FEMALE - a female who isn't just an infant, that is, even it Peyton is a darling.

Apologies. [October 25, 2008 @ 6:54am]
I need to apologise to my husband, family, and friends for my less than pleasant previous entry. Being pregnant, I think I'll blame the hormones. Before anyone has any misconceptions, I absolutely adore the twins, and I love being a mother, it was simply the shock that so soon after the last pregnancy I found myself with child again. I don't really know what possessed me to write such an upset sort of entry about it, but rest assured I am excited, and I know that I'll love this child every bit as much as I love the twins.

I love Braeden Stebbins more than I could ever simply explain in writing, and I apologise for acting like such a bint in the words of my last entry. As it had been a public sort of entry, it only felt right to have a public sort of entry to apologise.

We're going to have a BABY again!

Honesty & such. [October 21, 2008 @ 11:19pm]
I'm really not happy with my husband at the moment. I love him, I do, but, he just had to want children - plural - and I thought, oh the twins are children - plural - all in one go, I won't have to get fat again and go through the not so pleasant aspects about pregnancy. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my kids and am so grateful that we had the twins but I DON'T WANT TO BE PREGNANT AGAIN.

We JUST got settled into the whole new routine thing. Balancing out careers with being a family of four, with still making time for each other, and he has to go and get me PREGNANT AGAIN.

Seriously? Seriously?

I feel like I just go back to my ideal size. Our twins aren't even a year yet. How are we going to handle THREE babies?

I'm LATE. I can't be late. No, no, no, no, no!

I am in the desperate need of a girls night in. Daphne, Melinda, Astoria, Pansy... manis and pedis, perhaps? I'm certain my husband won't mind a night out with his mates, and my mum has been complaining, now that we have a Nanny, that she hasn't seen the twins recently enough...

So, who wants to keep a girl sane happy distracted entertained? I'll have the best chocolates on hand!!

Ugh. There's some sort of bug going around. I felt like all I've done the last two days is slept. Sick or not, Monday I've got to go to Hogsmeade and check in on the store there... It isn't that I don't trust the person I hired to manage that branch, trust me, I wouldn't hire someone I couldn't trust... It's just that I don't like feeling like I don't have control so distant.

After taking an ENTIRE month off of work, it's almost hard to return to the whole work thing. Almost. I love my job, however, so I have no intention of handing over the company to someone else.

Braeden and I are back from Greece, by the way. It was absolutely SPLENDID. A week together, just us, was absolutely amazing, but we both missed Jeremy and Peyton incredibly.

Speaking of our babies... Braeden and I have decided that, as we both have very successful careers and we can't be with our kids all day, it's more stable for us to find a Nanny than to keep having our friends and family switch off on babysitting. I don't care what mother says, getting a Nanny does not make me a bad mother, it just makes me a working mother who would like to provide her children with stability while both my husband and myself work.

If anyone is interested in the position, let us know. We'll arrange a time for Braeden and myself to interview you, and discuss the job, the pay, the hours, etc... We're looking for someone who can work full-time hours during the week, and occasional weekends.

Of Thank Yous and Vacations [August 09, 2008 @ 3:01pm]
I just want to thank everyone who participated and came to the Fashion Week Extravaganza. It turned out absolutely brilliantly.

As promised, I've taken the entire month of August off - my second in command will only notify me if absolutely NEEDED. I've got a lot of time to spend with my amazing and sexy husband whom I adore, and those two little bundles of trouble who are growing up far too fast!

Warded to Braeden
Love, your mother said she'd take the kids for a week so we can go somewhere, just the two of us. I was thinking somewhere tropical and secluded, but really, you can choose the place! We don't ever have any time just us anymore, and it's dreadfully overdue! I love you!

Of fashion and nannies. [July 31, 2008 @ 7:19pm]
Things are going absolutely splendid this week. I couldn't have asked for a better turn out or better.. anything! Two days left, and I'm both relieved its coming to an end, and sad it is soon to be over. Braeden and I have decided after much persuasion from him that we should get a Nanny. While we appreciate the help from our parents, Daphne, Cameron, and Nate, having a Nanny will help alleviate the stress of finding a last minute babysitter, as well as giving the children some more stability and routine in their lives. I believe he said he would put an ad in the Prophet for a Nanny, but our standards will be exceedingly high. I am not a bad mum, I am not a bad mum, I am not a bad mum.

Cam, I do hope the kids haven't been too much trouble for you this week. We appreciate your help immensely.

Calling all.. babysitters? [July 23, 2008 @ 8:19pm]
In all the planning for the fashion show, it completely slipped my mind that Braeden and I had been invited to the wedding this coming Saturday. Thankfully, I did remember before it had passed, or it would have seemed terribly rude of us. Now I need to find a babysitter for Saturday as well, as I can't imagine two five month old babies wanting to sit still through out the ceremony - and I know I'd have been terribly upset if my wedding was ruined by noisy babies.

Cameron will have the kids all week for the fashion show, so even if he wasn't going to the wedding I wouldn't ask him to watch them Saturday, too. Here's a question, is anyone not attending the wedding? Hm, maybe we could get his mother to watch them, even if its horribly last minute. Oh, Merlin, July is a busy month. I'm ready for it to be over.

If anyone has any inquiries as far as the Wizarding Fashion Extravaganza, please feel free to journal me, owl me, or stop in the store. I hope you all are as excited as I am!

Jeremy and Peyton are doing great. I'll nudge that gorgeous husband of mine to post pictures of our babies soon. They're quite the cuties!

Help! One of my models has recently been hospitalized from lack of nourishment pulled out of the Fashion Extravaganza. If anyone is interested in filling her spot, please be at Tracey's Couture tomorrow between 1 and 4 in the afternoon for a fitting and an interview.

I think my husband might put out a missing person alert if I keep spending so many hours at the shoppe. Oh this month is busy. I'm such a horrid mum to Jeremy and Peyton, being gone so much. But, I hope, it will be worth it.

The shoppe in Hogsmeade will open in the Middle of August! Which is only slightly less exciting that the Wizard Fashion Extravaganza at the end of the month!

I'm taking the entire month of September off.

This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. How in the bloody hell does post get screwy like that? Is it another one of those "Euphoria Lane" mishaps, or did it effect the Wizarding world at large? This is just... RIDICULOUS. Turpin of ALL people received my letter from my mother. Don't you realise how humiliating this mishap could be? I'm in the middle of planning a HUGE fashion week extravaganza for next month, I need to depend on the post more than ever. I'm waiting for RSVPs and other details!

I have such a headache!

Expanding Tracey's Couture [May 02, 2008 @ 10:24pm]
I am quite pleased to announce that I just acquired a building in Hogsmeade to open a branch of Tracey's Couture there. It's quite an accomplishment, and I hope to open the store by time the Fashion Extravaganza week Occurs in the middle of June. There is plenty to be done still, but I'm feeling rather content for tonight.

I look like Hermione Granger. No, worse. My hair is a carbon copy of hers when we were in third year. WHAT THE BLOODY HELL.

I'm hideous. Hideous

I HATE TODAY.

The twins seem to grow more precious every day, I never would have thought that was possible. Jeremy is mummy's little cuddle bug, he seems to hate when I set him down. Petyon, on the other hand, is enthralled by her daddy. It helps, really, they aren't constantly fighting over one of our attention at the same time. Twins are that bad, really. They're beginning to wake up less through out the night, and oh man, the sleep is brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I cannot believe our babies are two months old already. Already filled with such personality.

Being a mum is exhausting, but worth it. The babies are both absolutely adorable, despite their propensity to crying at all hours of the night and disturbing our sleep. Apparently they've worked out a system - they take turns on who cries when so we wake up nearly every hour on the hour. They're so tiny..
